We currently offer shipping across the United States of America. For international orders, please contact us directly before placing an order to confirm availability.

Shipping Cost

Our shipment is completely free within the United States. We apply no hidden fees or extra charges at checkout.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. During the peak season, the processing time may extend slightly, but we will always notify you of any delay.

Delivery Time

Once your order is ready, the delivery typically takes 3 to 4 business days, depending on the location.

Order Tracking

We usually send a tracking number after the order is shipped. So, you can monitor the shipment progress. If you do not receive a tracking detail within 48 hours, please contact our support team.

Payment Methods

We offer easy and secure payment options for your convenience.
Credit/Debit cards: You can safely pay using major credit and debit cards throught Stripe. All payments are fully secure, and the information is protected.
Cash on Delivery (COD): This service is only available for customers in the United States. You can pay in cash when your order arrives. Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order. Please note that the COD is not applicable for bulk custom packaging. And a small handling fee may apply for COD orders in certain regions.

Delayed or Lost Orders

We work with a reliable courier partner, and delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier backlogs, and unforeseen circumstances. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at sales@packraze.com, and we will investigate it promptly.

Incorrect Address

Please confirm the shipping address before completing the purchase. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Damaged Packages

If your package arrive damage, please take a photo immediately and reach out to our team within 48 hours of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
