Thank you for shopping with Pack Raze. We want to make sure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we have a return and refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review the information below. This applies to all orders placed through our website.
Easy Returns
You can request a return within 45 days after receiving the order. But the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
Process Of Return
All returns are handled by mail.
- You have to contact our support team at sales@packraze.com with the order number and reason for return.
- Our team will confirm the eligibility and provide the return mailing address.
- Please send the product back securely so that it will not get damaged during transit.
Return Shipment Cost
All the cost to return the order is the customer’s responsibility. You can use any trusted carrier you want. We recommend keeping the shipment receipt secure until the refunds are processed.
Restocking Fee
A flat $5 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for each return order. This fee covers the handling and inspection costs. If the return is due to an error on our part, you do not have to pay.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue the refund within 5 business days. Please note that the bank and payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Non-Refundable Items
The customized, used, and damaged products are not eligible for returns unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
