Ordering Process and Payment

  • Full payment is required before we start production or ship the order.

  • Pack Raze has the right to cancel or refuse any order if it finds suspicious activity, pricing errors, or product availability issues.

Shipping Policy

  • We offer free shipping across the United States
  • Orders are usually processed within 1 - 2 business days after payment is received.
  • Our delivery normally takes 3 - 4 business days after an order has been shipped.
  • Once the order is shipped, we send a tracking number by email.
  • We are not responsible for delays that are caused by incorrect shipping addresses or shipping carrier problems.

Return and Refunds

  • You can request a return within 7 days after receiving the order.
  • Returns are accepted through mail only.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • If we send the wrong item or a defective product, the restocking fee will not be charged.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Customized or used products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before production or shipping starts.
  • Once an order production starts, cancellation is not possible.
