Pack Raze specialises in manufacturing and supplying custom packaging products, including custom bakery boxes, food packaging boxes, cosmetic packaging, retail packaging, shipping boxes, custom printed boxes, and other custom packaging solutions.

Product images, mock-ups, colours, dimensions, and specifications are provided for reference. Minor variations may occur due to printing processes, screen settings, or material availability.

Custom Orders

Most Pack Raze products are manufactured according to customer specifications. By approving artwork, designs, proofs, or order details, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you own or have permission to use any submitted artwork, logos, and trademarks.

Pack Raze is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations arising from customer-provided content. Once production has started, custom orders generally cannot be modified or cancelled, subject to applicable law and our order policies.

Pricing

All prices and quotations are provided in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Product prices, promotions, availability, and quotations may change without prior notice. Custom quotations remain valid for the period specified in the quotation.

For products displaying a sample payment of $0.10, that amount initiates the custom packaging request and consultation; it is not the final price of the complete order. Where applicable, the sample payment will be adjusted towards the final order value in accordance with the approved quotation.

Payments

Pack Raze accepts the payment methods made available during checkout or confirmed by our sales team. These may include major credit and debit cards and PayPal. Please check the available options before completing your order.

Orders proceed to production after the required payment has been successfully received and verified, and all necessary artwork and order details have been approved. If payment authorisation fails, your order may be delayed or cancelled.

Order Confirmation

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily guarantee final acceptance. Pack Raze may refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving pricing errors, product availability, payment verification issues, suspected fraud, incorrect customer information, or violations of these terms.

If an order is cancelled after payment, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Production & Delivery

Production begins after payment confirmation, final artwork approval where required, and completion of all necessary order details. Estimated production and delivery times are provided as guidelines and may vary depending on order requirements, holidays, weather, carrier delays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

For eligible standard shipments within the United States, shipping is free. The estimated total delivery time is 2–4 business days, including handling and transit, as described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Shipping

Pack Raze currently offers shipping throughout the United States. Shipping availability for other destinations must be confirmed with our customer support team before ordering.

Eligible standard deliveries within the United States qualify for free shipping. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Pack Raze cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by customers.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 45 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Eligible returns are free, and approved products must be returned by mail following the instructions provided by our customer support team.

Because custom packaging is made according to customer specifications, customised or personalised products are generally not eligible for return unless they are damaged, defective, incorrectly manufactured, or do not match the approved order specifications due to an error by Pack Raze.

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. Refund processing typically takes 3–5 days after approval, although the payment provider may require additional time. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

Product Availability

Product and availability information displayed on our website is provided for convenience and may not always reflect real-time availability. Pack Raze reserves the right to discontinue products or modify product specifications, subject to existing order commitments and applicable law.

Intellectual Property
